Obviously either owned, or until recently owned, by an elderly person that rarely ventured out of the driveway and took OCD level care of it.

I saw a coffin-nosed AMC Matador driving around Gloversville, New York in the snow a few days ago and was simply shocked. It had some crust on the sills and around the wheelarches, but the paint was shiny and it looked reasonably cared for. I would be petrified to bring something like that out in the salt cloud that passes for a road in the winter.
